I.T.C. is allowed on capital goods. If capital goods are purchased from outside state, still I.T.C. would be allowed?

No ! if purchased from outside the state
No, tax credit is allowed on purchases made from outside delhi.
But sir,
I guess it's no where mentioned in the textbook that tax credit is allowed only on purchases made within Delhi of Capital goods.
Tax credit not allowed on any purchase made from outside the state (Interstate purchases)
