Input tax credit available to tour operators?

My query is related to the tour operator service. Now, since the govt. has passed the notification related to allowing ITC to tour operator. what type of ITC can tour operator claim. Can while booking airlines ticket, railway ticket, he can give his GSTIN and take credit of the same? I will be grateful to you for the response. Awaiting for reply. Please guide.

Dear Sir, ITC on touroperators has been provided in the recent GST council meet. Did CBEC issued any notification regarding this ? if yes, please share the notificaiton, to answer your query.

Hi,

Notification has been Issued but still have doubt on rate of GST to take ITC between Tour Operator to Tour Operator. Is this ITC available in 18% category or 5% category?

If anyone have clarity, please update.
