Input tax credit available to tour operators?

Dear Sir, ITC on touroperators has been provided in the recent GST council meet. Did CBEC issued any notification regarding this ? if yes, please share the notificaiton, to answer your query.

Notification has been Issued but still have doubt on rate of GST to take ITC between Tour Operator to Tour Operator. Is this ITC available in 18% category or 5% category?

If anyone have clarity, please update.

After reading the notification looks like ITC can be availed only against 18% GST. If 5% GST charged in invoice then ITC not available.

How do you say that the ITC is restricted to 18% only ? If I have ITC @ 28% then do I make a loss of 10% by restricting the ITC @ 18%?
