Sir I have already ragistered in Good and Transport Agency and we have opt 5% on reverse charge.
Then now have taken a new ragistration in Non-GTA can i claim ITC on good and transport.
Kindly solve this major issue.

We have two GST no. one of under GTA and One of Non-GTA.
The issue is we have opt 5% on reverse charge because according to GST Act there is two condition in GTA service 5% and 12%.
In GTA service not availability of ITC but Can we claim same ITC with in Non-GTA ragistration no.
