Input tax credit

Respective Sir, Can i avail input tax credit if i'm registered in GTA service and i have opt 5% on reverse charge.

For Example i have bought a new power battery for transport vehicle, Can i avail input Tax Credit.

Second I have paid GST on packaging invoices, Can I avail input Tax credit.

Sir kindly solve this major issue with clarification.
