I have given my building for rent...now can I claim itc which I have purchased materials for building construction...

kya apne vah material rent bali building ke liye liya hai yo other building ki leye
agar apne rent wali ke liye liya hai to it claim kar sakte ho other nahi

It is restricted by 17(5). But recent Orissa HC decision says that you can take such credit.
