generally ITC ON MOTOR VEHICLE NOT ALLOWED UNDER SECTION 17(5) block CREDIT
BUT EQUIPMENT USE FOR MINNING AND OTHER SIMILAR TYPE BUSINESS THEN ITC ALLOWED
HENCE ITC ON JCB ALLOWED
