I am a registered in GST .I purchase JCB machine .can I claim input tax ??

generally ITC ON MOTOR VEHICLE NOT ALLOWED UNDER SECTION 17(5) block CREDIT
BUT EQUIPMENT USE FOR MINNING AND OTHER SIMILAR TYPE BUSINESS THEN ITC ALLOWED
HENCE ITC ON JCB ALLOWED
