Input tax credit
If time of supply was 1st jan 2017 and I received the invoice on 30th nov 2017. Which is after the due of filing return of month of September (20th October). So can I claim input tax credit on this supply.

Is invoice under GST?
If no tax was deposited on such supplies in vat period then definately bill received in gst regime is taxable .
