Sir, my client have a shop registered on GST trading on mobile. Now he incurred exp for renovation shop and getting invoice of marble and tiles with GST now he can allow to take input tax credit on tiles. And pls give details purchase LED screen for shop can allow take credit if possible pls give answer with section.

Dear Sir, No ITC credit available on tiles of GST and purchase of LED TV for Shop.
All input credit related to purchase of goods for construction or renowarltion not allowed as input credit u/s 17(5). Input credit related to LED Screen would be available as there is specifc exclusion for same and as it is used for business purpose.
