Sir, HDPE/PP WOVEN FABRIC Hsn:39269099 in 28%, but finished product, i. e. HDPE/PP WOVWN SACKS Hsn:39232100/39232190 is in 18%. Then the regd dealers are every month in excess input tax. Have they apply for refund every month. Kinddly advise.

Textile (Fabric) Industry can't get refund.... Just they ll be adjusted his liabilities...
