Can 1st /2nd stage dealer claim ITC of excise duty paid on migration to GST?
As earlier he was passing on credit and was not allowed to avail credit

As per section 140 (3) FSD/SSD are allowed to take ITC on inputs held in stock & SFG & FG as on the date of transition.
