i am a manufacturer, i have gstn no. ,
if i purchase some goods(eg. cement, metal rods, etc) to construct or renovate my factory, can i take input tax for construction materials which i had purchased.
please anybody clarify my doubt......

yes credit is available as the material are being used in factory which is used for furtherance of business
offcours you can take Input tax on taxable supply of goods and services or both.
