if any composition dealer in sales tax have stock on 30.06.2017 and stock are full vat paid and invoices are of registered dealer and we have the invoice for such closing stock.. Is there possibility of input tax credit.

No,because you are now under composition scheme and there is no tax liability on you .you can sell the goods by including the VAT amount plus your profit in it.
