2. What is the time period for claiming such refund??

All services used for setting up, modernisation, marketing etc
All services used for activties of business
See defintion for exact coverage. All available as credit and refund under Rule 5 of the CCR or Not 11 or 12 of 2005 under the Export of Services Rules 2005.
