I am little confused that can Service Tax Provider can claim abatment as well as Input Service Tax credit both at a time. answer with such link of notification and links. thanks

No, a service provider cannot avail abatement benefit as well as cenvat credit benefit together.

Please refer to the Provisio mentioned in the Notification 1/2006 - ST dt. 01.03.06
