Dear Sir/Mam,
If GTA is charging GST @ 12% to his clients, then he can claim itc on truck. But my question is this.
Whether he can avail full itc in the year of purchase or there is any concept of 60 months or anything else.

If Your supplies are Taxable then You can avail the ITC benifits in the Purchased Month.
If Your supplies are exempted then ITC not available and full Invoice amount taken into Fixed Asset.
If partly exempt and partly taxable then 60 months criteria.
