may the input CGST is adjustable in sgst payable or not ?

pl see below table how to setoff ITC of IGST/SGST/CGST;

IGST Credit to be use CGST Credit to be use SGST Credit to be use
IGST CGST SGST
CGST  IGST IGST
SGST  - -

CGST Input can be used only to setoff CGST Output. If any balance Remains then it can be used for Output IGST.
