Can a company claim Input for emplyee accomodation reimbursement. Tax invoice is in the name of the employee who is unregistered. Query case a tax invoice is issued by online website like mmt and a similar invoice is issued by the hotel in the name of the employee.
So can the employer (company) claim itc on the said invoice?
