Input credit under RCM
How much input credit can be claimed under RCM? since the receipient of the goods/services is paying tax, can he claim for the entire amount that he pays as a GST?

section 9 sub 4 RCM has been suspended form 13/10/2017
take care only sec 9 sub section 4 not section 9 sub section 3
yes, you can take credit of the full amount of GST paid as per 9(3) & 9(4)
