party not uploaded our purchase invoice in gstr 2. because our purchase bill not displaying in the gstr 2a. we have original tax invoice and stock received because we are taken input tax. it is write or wrong. please clarify.

Iyou can not avail ITC because it has been not shown in GSTR-2A. it means that your supplier has not filed return or if filed, may be possible to file in next month.

Firstly I want to correct you @ satish bysani !

Invoices have to be uploaded in GSTR_1 (there is no GSTR_2 for the time being)

If we read Sec 16 of CGST 2017 so YES you are not eligible to avail ITC on which supplier has NOT paid taxes to Govt .

BUT you can take ITC on provisional basis and ask reason to supplier for the same .  
 

You are correct sir party not uploaded in their gstr 1 .I am asked seller. seller says I am paid tax .I missed your gst number because we are uploaded your bill in unregistered dealer

ask supplier to put invoice from B2C to B2B
