We imported goods which arrived in the month of March and April and BE filed in respective months.The said goods were seized by Custom Authorities on pretext of misdeclaration.They load the value and re access the duty calculation and panelty. Now the material has been released in Month of November.How we take the credit in Trans 1 as this material in transit. As per law transit material input can taken only receipt up to 30/08/17.
or we have to modify BE's as per GST? That custo also not allows.Please advice.Thanks.
