Will the gst paid on telephone bill in personal name but used for business eligible for itc?
Pl. also mention the source of the answer.

In this case, if the bill is in individual's name, His GST will be mentioned on the bill (if regd).
So only he claim ITC not company.
ITC can be availed only if the bill mentions company's GSTIN.
