YES
we are cement dealer we paid Rs.27000/= for lorry freight to one truck holder without having gst no. Is it will atrract GST If yes how much and can we take ITC.
PAY 5 PERCENT GST ON 27000 i.e. 1350 in REVERSE CHARGE AND TAKE THE CREDIT OF THE SAME IN SAME MONTH
