Input credit of work contractor

Is any GST input credit available for work contrator, if a work contrator buy cement, metals, sheet, pipe etc for contruction a builing , is he calim any input credit on those items (purchasing  materials for building manufaturing )

Yes, ITC is available to work contractor he is further giving bill to builder, (even builder entitled to take ITC)

only in case if iam building my house I cannot avail ITC on material & labour

for construction of immovable property you get ITC on inputs..
