Motor vehicle hired on monthly basis and GST charged @ 43% in tax invoice (supply of service classified under Right to use). whether the input credit will allowed to service receipent.He uses this vehicle for managers for business purpose only.

in GST regime 43% tax rate is available
if goods given on Right to use basis, then GST will the Rate of GST of that Goods. GST rate for vehicle is 28% plus cess 15% = 43%
