we r based in Chennai one party from Assam send consignment with igst tax of 5500 which is not reflected in out 2A
in spite of repeated reminder he says he has filed and not co operating under such case what is remedy

if below condition are satisfied you have taken valid credit, non reflection in 2A will not affect your ITC eligibility
1. Possession of a tax invoice or debit note or document evidencing payment
2. Receipt of goods and/or services
3. Goods delivered by supplier to other person on the direction of a registered person against a document of transfer of title of goods
4. Furnishing of a return
