no specific procedure. Entire ITC will be available in month of purchase. claim ITC in GSTR-3B. While claiming depreciation under IT Act, take only the taxable value excluding tax component
No.. ITC on insurance or repair of car is not eligible as per section 17(5)(ab) of CGST Act.
