if a dealer purchases air conditioner for his showroom can he claim ITC for that

Yes you can claim ITC if your air conditioner purchase Bills is B2B.

Yes , depreciation can be claim on value before Tax (on taxable value)

No ITC will be allowed if depreciation has been claimed on tax component of a capital goods.
