Whether credit will be available to a registered supplier(shopkeeper) for purchase of a shop from a registered builder.... for running a business from there.???

Yes you can take ITC in respect of immovable property if same is for furtherance of business.

no,, ITC for immovable property only available if U buy it for resale purpose for carrying Ur business no GST WILL ALLOW

What I think is Building or shop still come under stamp act so no GST
