Can I claim Input as per GSTR 2A even if it does not reflects in GSTR 2B ????

Yes you can.
But it is advisable you take up one method. Make a practice of comparing either with GSTR-2A or GSTR-2B
Dont interchange since then it will create problems in reconciliation.
