Sir, i brought a truck from Gujrat to West Bengal. CST billing date is 25.6.17 . Truck reach West Bengal checkpost on 30.6.17. Due to site blockege part 2 of road permit cant generated. In this situation did i get input on on excise 12.5% and 2% cst ? How could i give form C for this billing ?

Yes, you will get input for the Central Excise. Form "C" will not be an issue in this case.
