Industrial Training in financial services industry

 I intend to join the financial services industry for my industrial training .I want you to enlighten me what kind of qualities the employer would expect from an industrial trainee who is a ca final student ( please donot include the common qualities like sound acadamics and good communication skills etc.)? if possible try to enlist me the expected "Technical Questions" so that i can prepare myself. for the interview .Further, please suggest any informative web links regarding the following topics so that i can get well equipped .
