Hello everyone can anyone tell me how to intimate the principal about the intention of going for industrial training. Wheather it should be in written or in oral further any receiving is required on it or not . Suppose we have intimated the principal about the intention and we don't get any company then the behaviour of employer will change against us.

better first u confirm about ur industrial training in ur desired company dont infom this to ur boss
if u r boss is really a nice personality and he also supports ur decession then u can share with him and take his help to find industrial training
if suppose u r boss came to know about ur industrial training trails,
chumma say that ''my family was in financial crisis and they cant help financially to me and say that lot of financial problems were there''one of my friend got permission from his principal by saying this proble,
ofcourse it depends on ur principal...go ahead..all is well
