Industrial training

1. You need to fill form 104 (https://220.227.161.86/7508form104_std.pdf) for Industrial Training.

2. You need to inform your principal of your intention to go for Industrial Training atleast 3 months before the date on which such training is to commence (Regulation 51 of Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988).

If your principal does not allow you to go for Industrial Training, even after you had informed him about the same three months before, he will be guilty of Professional Misconduct under clause 1 of Part II of the Second Shedule of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949.

 3. The regulations does not specify anything in this regard. But since, you may be required to have an evidence in the future, give him two copies of the letter and ask him to sign on one of them and return back to you
