ITR IV - Business & Profession (assuming u r doing it in Individual capacity)

ITR V - If in the name of a Partnership Firm

ITRVI - If in the name of Private/Public Limited Company. 

If you are not having any trade name or you are not issuing any bill(s), then File ITR-2 showing income from Video shooting as Other Income under the head " Income from other sources".
