YES UR RIGHT,.BUT TAKE A LOOK AT CHINA,..IT HAS MUCH GREATER POPULATION THAN US BUT ITS WELL DEVELOPED THAN INDIA,...

POPULATION CANNOT BE TAKEN AS A DEFENSE FOR UNDER DEVELOPMENT,...
