whether indexation is allowed on sale of share on long term.

In case of Listed Equity Share , the benefit of Indexation is not allowed in case of LTCG.

Refer Section 112A of the Income Tax Act 1961.
10% LTCG Tax is levied in excess of Rs. 1,00,000.
