I have a query on the Procedure to be followed for Increasing the PAID UP SHARE CAPITAL of a Private Ltd Co. The forms to be filled at MCA and various Resolutions. I have found details on increasing the Authorised Capital. It would be great if I can get some information on increasing the Paid up capital
