A pvt Co. having Existing authorized capital of Rs.1 Lakh want to increase its authorized capital to 5 Lakh. Can anyone tell me the total fees which we have to pay to ROC including stamp duty

I think it is Rs. 4000/- per lakh of Authorised Capital.

For stamp duty:
