I have a company in Andhra Pradesh with Auth Cap of 9lacs and want to increase it to 1crore. Can you experts tell me how much do I need to pay in total like ROC Fee/Stamp Duty etc?

Increase auth capital & stamp fees

The ROC fees will be Rs. 132000.
and Stamp duty shall be calculated
0.15% of amount of increase in authorised capital subject to a minimum of Rs. 1000/-
and maximum of Rs. 5 Lakhs.
So Stamp Duty comes out to be Rs. 13500.
