INCORRECT FIRM NAME AND NUMBER REFLECTING IN SSP PORTAL ICAI FORM 108

My articleship is completed on 13/02/2020. So, I had filled an online application form 108 through SSP portal of ICAI. But the firm name and firm number reflecting on the portal is incorrect. However, the name of the principal, address of the principal, Membership number of the principal and other details are correct on portal.

Now my principal is not agreeing to sign my form due to this error in portal. Please help me on how should I make correction in the form as the details in the portal are non editable or what procedures are required to be followed to make corrections in the system.

Hello! I'm facing exactly the same issue in my form 108. Can you please tell me how did you rectify it? I have raised query at the help desk but I don't have much hopes from them.

Hey Guys, Y'all need to contact the ICAI website department and they'll guide Y'all on this issue.. They request you to give them the correct details and also request you mail the same to Delhi headquarters mail ID.. So contact your nearest ICAI branch for the same and they'll make the necessary changes in the system..
