Incorporation-subscriber other than one applier for name

Dear Members,

Name application was applied by two individuals and same was approved. Now while subscribing to the MOA & AOA, we would like to replace one individual with a Pvt Ltd Co as subscriber.  Individual applicant dropped out is director of the said Pvt Ltd co and he will represent the Pvt Ltd and sign MOA on behalf of it.  He will also provide a NOC for Pvt Ltd company joining as promoter.

Is this fine. Are there any procedural requirements.
