Dear Professional Friends,
Do the unlisted public company need to hold statutory meeting and file statutory Report and in lie of the prospectus after its incorporation as required before commencement of CA, 2013.
I could not find any provisions refering to statutory meeting and in lie of prospectus in the Companies Act, 2013.
The concept of holding statutory meeting and filing statutory report has been omitted in the new Act and no compliance is required in this regard.
