Can some one let me know how to incorporate a company as well how the spice .i.e INC 32 is filled

First of all u need to apply for name approval by filing RUN at mca. If ur name gets approved, u need to draft certain documents. Signed copies of such docs will be attached with spice form. For more information and guidance , u can mail me at csvatsla9 @ gmail.com
