Incorporation of an LLP

@ CA Vitrag Modi, Sir this is the same issue with me. I heard that right now LLP Registration is not going on.  I also to get DIN for proposed Designated Partners for Fresh LLP Registration but there is no such eForm available on MCA website, only DIR-3 form is available for application of DIN in case of "Existing Company" .  Can you pls tell me is there any other forms on MCA website for fresh DIN? 

DIN can be applied only in case of existing Company or LLP. The only way out is to appoint such person in an existing company as Additional director or in existing LLP as designated partner by which they wil get DIN. Then u can form LLP with such
