Incorporation of a new company

To register a private company, minimum two directors are required.

Each director is allotted one DIN for the application made in incorporation form i.e. SPICe. Under this form, maximum 3 DIN can be applied for a Private Company.

If any of the directors is already having DIN, there is no need to apply again.
