how many DIN's are required to form a private limited company?

A private limited company must have a minimum of two Directors and can have up to a maximum of fifteen Directors.
Maximum 3 DIN can be applied thru spice 32 form.. if u have more directors without DIN, then first incoporate with 3 directors n then apply for DIN for appointment of other as director
To register a private company, minimum two directors are required.
Each director is allotted one DIN for the application made in incorporation form i.e. SPICe. Under this form, maximum 3 DIN can be applied for a Private Company.
If any of the directors is already having DIN, there is no need to apply again.
