What is the difference between a LLP incorporation and a company incorporation ?

both are two different entities governed by two different laws... Companies act and LLP Act

i know but i want to know difference like in contribution,members ,partners etc.btw.in a LLP and a company .

@ shilpi Gupta...no limit in contribution ...shud have 2 partner alteast ...can take and give loan easily..no restrictions...whereas in Company there are more restrictions and compliances ...
