Sir, A person is going to be appointed as a director in two companies which are in the process of incorporation here I am not able to provide information in Form-1 which requires me to provide the CIN no of the company in which such person is a director because since neither company is incorporated. How to deal with such a situation?

Dear Sir,
In Form no 1, under the heading Particulars of Promoters you have to mention the promoter is already a director or a promoter of a company(s). But in your case if the company is already not been incorporated then the promoter in neither director nor promoter of that unincorporated company. As per my opinion no need to mention the detail.
Still if you wish to you the details then the details can be attached as separate under optional attachment.
