Me and my partner have started with LLP incorporation in Pune. Our company name has been approved. We both have a digital signature ( I know only 1 of us needed it, but we have some other uses of it as well.) . We both have DIN too.
Capital - Less than 1 lakh. Both partners are Indian.
I want a CS/CA to complete my incorporation procedure for LLP in Pune.
