Income under Business Profession head

One of my client is in employment of a company . Other than salary income he has shares trading and some consultancy services income.
Can I show this income under income from business profession?

Yes, it has to be declared u/h. PGBP.

No I thought since the assessee is under employment elsewhere there might come questions regarding existence of its business
As per query it will be declare under PGPB for the service income.

Salary income will salaried head...


Question from employment then he will face the problem himself in the employment...

As such shares trading income (under head PGBP) is earned by many such employees without any restriction/s.

So I think problem comes in case of consultancy services and not in case of shares trading income
