Income through labour charges

IF THE ASSESSEE IS HAVING INCOME ABOVE RS. 1.20 LACS, HE HAS TI MAINTAIN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS. IN YOUR CASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A PROFIT AND LOSS A/C AND BALANCE SHEET.

YOU WILL HABE TO FILE ITR - 4 IN THIS CASE.
