If a person getting income through labour job. and his Per annum income Rs. 250000/-.
My question is he has to make P/L & Balance sheet and need to file ITR.
Please reply me on my above query. Urgently

IF THE ASSESSEE IS HAVING INCOME ABOVE RS. 1.20 LACS, HE HAS TI MAINTAIN BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS. IN YOUR CASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A PROFIT AND LOSS A/C AND BALANCE SHEET.
YOU WILL HABE TO FILE ITR - 4 IN THIS CASE.
